We are pleased and honored to host the XXIV IAMM TAPC ANNUAL CONFERENCE with the theme “Pandemics - Past, Present & Future” that will be held on 17th & 18th September, 2021.
Hyderabad is a vibrant city with multiple facets to it. The city that never sleeps has a reputation for being an easy blend of natural heritage, culture ,tradition and scientific innovations.
We are today facing uncertain facts, our values are in dispute, stakes are high and our decisions of course are most urgent. It is time to conglomerate after a challenging period of pandemic crisis.
GMC, Department of Microbiology moves ahead with planning and continues to place high importance on facilitating measures to ensure optimal health, safety and continuing education. And so a coordinated conference, effective in reaching out to both students and faculty is being organised for sharing knowledge over collective efforts. Gandhi Hospital the only isolation and treatment centre for COVID-19 in Telangana during the early days of pandemic and State Level VRDL, Department of Microbiology, GMC being the pioneers in establishing the COVID-19 tests effectively in our state has taken up this humongous task of organizing a conference during these uncertain times. Gandhi Medical College being well equipped with 1000 capacity Main auditorium, 200 capacity Mini Auditorium and 200 capacity Digital classroom has ample Space to conduct the Conference. However, due to sudden spike in the cases during the second wave,the conference could not be conducted as planned. In the present scenario of uncertainty and probable third wave the conference is scheduled on September 17th and Septembet 18th 2021 on a virtual platform.We eagerly wait for your enthusiastic participation.
