Guidelines for ePoster (Free Poster) Presentation (None Award Category)
Free Poster will be ePoster on LED that can have 5 maximum slides inclusive of video if required.
All posters will be displayed starting on 16th August morning 9am till 17th August evening 5pm. All posters have to be uploaded by 15th August evening by 6pm.
Four (4) sets of LED screens will be on display. All posters will be uploaded on all screens. List of posters will be displayed nearby. Anyone can check his or her poster as per the serial number.
All free posters must be pre-loaded and checked in the audiovisual room by 15th August 6pm.
In case anyone is not able to come due to some emergency he/she is supposed to inform Dr Deborshi Sharma on or before 10th August 2024. However, in case of any last-minute issues he or she can ask the presentation to be done by some colleague or friend who must also be registered for the conference.
No show will be taken seriously in account of future AMASI programs.
Formal dress code during presentation.
All presenters have to be registered for the conference.
Manuscript submission: All presenters are also requested to submit their complete manuscripts to "Annals of minimal access surgery and allied sciences" which is an official journal of College of minimal access surgery and AMASI. Visit the website https://www.amasas.org/ and submit your paper which will go through the review process.
